Can I get a refund if my item doesn't fit?
No refunds, exchanges only. If the item you purchase doesn't fit you can exchange it for the correct size or an item of equal value.
If I used a promo code online can I exchange that item?
Yes, you can exchange an item your ordered online using a promo code. However; if the promo code is no longer active you can only exchange it for an item equal to the amount you spent.
Is there a restocking fee for exchanges?
Yes, all exchanges require the customer to pay a $30 restocking fee per item along with all shipping costs unless the reason for the exchange is due to us mailing out the wrong item or us mailing out damaged goods.
How long do I have to make an exchange?
You have up to 5 calendar days after receiving your to identify any issues with your order or to make an exchange. Please note only unworn items in their original packaging can be exchanged.
How do I go about making an exchange for an item I purchased online?

How long does shipping take?

Most of our designs fit true to size but feel free to contact us if you have sizing questions about a particular design

We do not hold orders after 15 business days. We are not responsible for orders left at our showroom older than 15 business days.

Unfortunately we are unable to allow customers to change or cancel online orders once they have been placed

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally. You can place the order online for no extra cost but you will be notified of the additional cost of shipping you have to pay based on your location when its time for us to ship the item to you.
Do I get a tracking # with my order?
All customers are provided with a tracking # for their order. Once the shipping label has been created customers receive an email from us with the tracking information. If you do not receive an email after 5 business days feel free to email us and we will provide it to you.
What do I do if my package says delivered but I never received it?
If you are having any issues receiving your package contact you local Post Office the moment you notice the issue. We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages. The United States Post Office insures all lost or damaged packages up to $100. If your tracking information says it was undelivered you can open an insurance claim by calling the United Post Office (800) 275-8777.
Can I use an online promo code for custom orders or at the showroom?
No, online promo codes are only applicable to orders placed directly from our online store
Can I order online if my Billing Address doesn't match my Shipping Address?
If your billing address does not match your shipping address you may be contacted for more information which will delay your order shipping out
Do you provide insurance on your packages?
Yes, we offer Lyfestyle Package Protection for all orders placed on our website
What exactly does Lyfestyle Package Protection cover?
Package protection is a way to insure your package with us. In the situation where your package has been lost, damaged or stolen without any issues or questions we will ship you a replacement order, or we will refund you in full if the items are no longer available
I paid for Lyfestyle Package Protection and I didn't receive my package or it was delivered damaged. What do I do?
Simply email info@LyfestyleNYC.com with your order # and an explanation of the issue and someone will resolve the matter for you. NOTE: IF YOUR PACKAGE TRACKING STATUS READS DELIVERED WE WILL BE UNABLE TO HONOR PACKAGE PROTECTION. IN ORDER FOR THE PACKAGE TO BE VERIFIED AS LOST OR STOLEN THE TRACKING STATUS CANNOT READ DELIVERED.
Can I use a promo code to receive free items?
No, the amount spent must exceed the value of the promo code or the order will be cancelled.
