How long does shipping take?

Orders normally take 3 - 5 business days to ship out, but sometimes it can take longer. Email info@LyfestyleNYC if you would like to get the status of your order 

Can I expedite shipping?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer expedited shipping

We ship out all goods using USPS Priority Mail

How do your clothes fit?
Most of our designs fit true to size but feel free to contact us if you have sizing questions about a particular design

 

How do I go about returning an item for an exchange?If you would like to return an item mail the item to Lyfestyle Clothing, 56 Bogart Street (Lower Level), Brooklyn NY 11206 with a note inside the package explaining the reason for the exchange and what you would like to exchange. After you have mailed the item back to us contact us via email with the tracking #.

Can I pick up my online order up from Online Office?                                      
Yes, If you would like to pick up an online order from our office please email us at info@LyfestyleNYC.com once you made the order so we can arrange your pick-up. 
Is there a restocking fee for exchanges?
Yes, all exchanges require the customer to pay a $30 restocking fee per item along with all shipping costs unless the reason for the exchange is due to us mailing out the wrong item or us mailing out damaged goods. 
How long do I have to make an exchange?
You have up to 5 calendar days after the date of your purchase to make an exchange, only unworn items can be exchanged
Do you have a location I can visit to make a purchase?
Yes, you can make a purchase at our warehouse or you can place an order through our app and pick it up from our online office
Can I cancel or change an online order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately we are unable to allow customers to change or cancel online orders once they have been placed
What time does the warehouse open and close?

Our warehouse is open Monday-Saturday from 11am - 7pm & Sunday 12pm - 6pm. 

Do you ship internationally? Yes we ship internationally. You can place the order online for no extra cost but you will be notified of the additional cost of shipping you have to pay based on your location when its time for us to ship the item to you. 

Do I get a tracking # with my order? All customers are provided with a tracking # for their order. Once the shipping label has been created customers receive an email from us with the tracking information. If you do not receive an email after 5 business days feel free to email us and we will provide it to you. 
Can I return or exchange items I purchased online at the Online Office? Yes, you can return online orders at our Online Office or you can return it to us by mailing the items to Lyfestyle Clothing 56 Bogart Street (Lower Level) Brooklyn, NY 11237 with a brief note explaining the reason for the return or exchange.
What do I do if the package for my order says delivered but I never received it?
If you are having any issues receiving your package contact you local Post Office the moment you notice the issue. We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages. We insure all packages for their full value with the United States Post Office. If your tracking information says it was lost or undelivered you can open an insurance claim by calling the United Post Office (800) 275-8777.
